Leadership Training

Great Leaders are made, not born. 

We truly believe that properly trained leaders/instructors affect students’ learning ability in positive ways.

We do not give instructor position easily just by belt rank. Head Master Cheolung Park is a certified coach for this training. He provides the Heroes' leadership team training daily and weekly to better our leaders and programs. This training will give our leaders to have the right Taekwondo knowledge as well as a good character and attitude which will directly impact student’s learning progress and experience at our Dojang. 

The leadership/instructor training is not an easy journey for both to the Master and leaders. It requires Master/coach's on going passion, effort, caring, and individualized directions pouring in to each leader and team for a long time, and at the same time, leaders should accept this teaching and feedback with a grateful mind, and keep applying to better themselves.
